Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites or other manual labor projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in all weather conditions and handle heavy equipment.

Duties:
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or manual labor preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
